The undersigned agrees to provide private information as required to set up their Thumbcard™.  The information provided will be verified by Thumbcard™ International and undersigned agrees Thumbcard™ may do so by any means as it believes is necessary in order to authenticate and/or protect the undersigned's Thumbcard™.  The private information shall remain in the possession of Thumbcard™ International without limitation nor restriction until such time as it closes undersigned's Thumbcard™ account, and thereafter as long as, in the opinion solely of Thumbcard™ International, it believes it must continue to possess such private information.  In all respects, except as may be required to provide the services of the Thumbcard™ account and obtain payment, Thumbcard™ International shall keep any and all such private information absolutely confidential.  In all matters this investigation and application and record keeping shall be subject to the laws of the State of New Jersey, and shall be carried out in private by Thumbcard™ International and/or such designated service providers as it elects to use.  Undersigned agrees to hold Thumbcard™ International wholly harmless from damages such as my give rise out of this investigation, application and record keeping.  In the event that the investigation is unable to wholly authenticate and/or protect the undersigned's Thumbcard™ account, or for any reason it determines are reasonable, Thumbcard™ International may terminate it's relationship with undersigned.   At that time, if any moneys belong to undersigned shall be returned, after any due amounts to vendors and Thumbcard™ are deducted.   In order to obtain and use the Thumbcard™, undersigned must complete this Subscriber Application Process (SIGN UP Process) completely, and agrees to all terms and conditions of Subscribership as defined during the SIGN UP Process.
