We, the providers of Thumb Card Payment Security Systems, do hereby attest and swear without restriction that the Thumb Card Payment Security System has been designed to withstand the highest degree of criminal intervention and abuse, and has been built to the highest standards possible. The purpose of Thumb Card: simplification of the payment process when visiting a store, buying across the web or paying your bills, improvement of security, elimination of personal risk, establishing responsible-merchant accountability and reduction of cost to consumers and merchants through the complete elimination of fraud.

We therefore guarantee without reservation:

a) That if you are a Thumb Card Holder, either a consumer, corporate buyer, government buyer, or a merchant, that no payment will be made using the Thumb Card system by any unauthorized person, nor will be made by anyone other than the person to whom a specific Thumb Card identity is assigned. At no time will a buyer or seller be able to claim that someone "other than they" bought or sold the merchandise, service or other object of the sale. At all times will the buy or sale through Thumb Card be between the two parties to the transaction and no one else. Accordingly, no "theft of identity" will ever take place HERE.

b) That if you are a Thumb Card Holder, either a consumer, corporate buyer, government buyer, or a merchant, that no person you did not Authorize, will be able to remove money from, or add money to any Bank or account you have linked to your Thumb Card, using Thumb Card's facilities. Accordingly, no "theft of money or merchandise" as a result of identity theft will ever take place HERE.

c) That if you are a Thumb Card Holder, that no unauthorized individual will ever be able to breach security and/or gain access to your Thumb Card Online Account in any manner.

d) That if you are a Thumb Card Holder, that at no time will your identity be given out to any unauthorized party, your transactional identity will be maintained anonymously for you by Thumb Card.

Additional Information about our security.

1. In order to protect you, we do NOT store your name and address in the same access location as your Thumbprint ID. Accordingly, thefts from either area will not identify one from the other. As a result, there is no way for someone, using Thumbcard, to track you down by your purchase. Our Thumbcards do not retain fingerprint residue on their scanners, so as a result, even the evidence that you use your thumb with one of our scanners is inaccessible.

2. In order to protect you, all public transactions using Thumbcard are made on secured, Thumbcard property equipment which triple encrypts and protects your identity using proprietary, impossible to hack protocols and services, right down to automatic wiping of even the transient electronic images of each buy and sell.

3. Our encryption system uses overlaying of strategies that includes PGP, DES and other similar protocols to confuse and eliminate the possibility of hacker interception.

4. All Thumbcard transactions transmitted over public medium are only useful at the time they are generated. Decoding, modifying and recoding them using any intercepting station will only result in a rejected transaction that can't be understood by our system.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) analytical software constantly monitors the equipment inventory in the field, and user stations in their homes when connected with the Thumbcard system and interrupts any malfunctioning and/or potentially tampered-with gear. While tampering with our equipment is detected and halted, even successful tampering with our equipment does not allow a hacker or intruder to gain access.

6. Merchants on the Thumbcard system are also provided Thumbcards. Accordingly, it is impossible for a Merchant to get away with theft of identity, impersonation and/or corruption without detection.

7. Individual Thumbprints from our equipment can not be circumvented electronically. We monitor biometric factors other than just the thumbprint to ascertain that a live thumb scan is taking place, combined with other identification methods, the 6 digit pin code and our online Major Purchase Confirmation mechanism has eliminated all possibility fraud from use against those who've linked their businesses and/or merchant accounts to Thumbcard. As a result ALL TRANSACTIONS are formally insured by Thumbcard International and are 100% guaranteed.

8. In the event of a criminal or civil subpoena, we are not able to turn over any banking information to any third party, that request must be transacted with the Banks in question. Furthermore, without examination before a Judicial Hearing, it is not likely that we can be compelled to turn over any thumbprint information at all while an account holder is still holding their account.
